            CSP Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire(2005 version) -- to help you determine if you meet program
          requirements and have record-keeping.  However, DO NOT use this document as
          the only measure to decide whether or not to apply.  Contact NRCS, attend public
          meetings, and attend workbook workshops also.  Please check back for updated version
          for 2006, although many changes not expected.

Electronic Conservation Security Program Self-Assessment (Workbook can be completed on-line, and data stored here while completing, but producers will need an "electronic government" password available at NRCS local offices.  The password process may take a couple of days.  (Booklet currently is 2005 version.  HOWEVER, get your password so you are ready when the 2006 version is released late in 2005.)
